part of the Facilities Master Plan (FMP) development, the District partnered with its Strategy Team and the Architectural Team to implement a comprehensive and inclusive community engagement program. The goal of this effort was to gather meaningful input on facility needs, priorities, and long-term investment strategies, while ensuring participation was accessible, representative, and reflective of the broader school community.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2af46b69 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2af46b69\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Engagement Approach<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5394aa4a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5394aa4a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The District provided multiple opportunities for community members to participate in the engagement process. In-person community workshops were hosted and jointly facilitated by the District, the Architectural Team and Strategy Team. The workshop sessions were complemented by a districtwide community survey. To reduce barriers to participation, three workshop sessions were offered at different times, weekdays, evening as well as weekend.<\/p><p>The community survey was made available in multiple formats, including hard copies distributed at workshops and a web-based platform, both offered in English and Spanish. The online version of the survey was available for a two-month period. This multi-layered approach ensured that stakeholders could engage in ways that best aligned with their schedules, preferences, and accessibility needs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-296d04ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"296d04ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">In-Person Workshops<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-428987dd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"428987dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Each workshop began with an overview of the Facilities Master Plan process, including an introduction to bond fundamentals, to help participants understand how facility planning supports educational goals and future funding considerations. Workshops then transitioned into interactive activities designed to capture community priorities and perspectives.<\/p><p>Participants identified site-specific strengths, discussed facility deficiencies, and shared ideas for future improvements. Small-group discussions provided opportunities to explore community values, site-specific needs, and potential trade-offs, including considerations related to renovation versus replacement. Respondents included parents and guardians (41%), students (30%), staff members (19%), and teachers (14%), as well as alumni, district administrators, and other community members. strategies.<\/li><li><strong>Mental Health and Social-Emotional Needs<\/strong> \u2013 Assessing how facilities can support student wellness, comfort, and social-emotional learning.<\/li><\/ul><p>These focus areas provided a consistent framework for collecting feedback and aligning community priorities with educational
